FRONT PORCH SWINGERS RULES
- Consent is not a request at our events, it is a must. Consent includes asking for permission to touch, asking for permission to enter a private play area, and not moving forward unless an enthusiastic "yes" is provided. No means no, with absolutely zero exceptions. If you act without consent, you will be removed from the event without refund, and black listed from future events.
- We believe you cannot properly obtain or provide consent if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If it is apparent that you are inebriated, you will not be permitted into the party. All parties and party spaces are drug-free zones, including marijuana.
- Please see event details for specific rules on alcohol. Many of our events are BYOB, but the event description will provide specific details based on the venue and their requirements.
- Do not enter a private play space without an invitation. Do not open closed playroom doors, for instance. If a door is open, you are welcome to knock and ask for permission to join. If you enter a play space without permission, you will be asked to leave the event. In addition, do not follow attendees around in the play spaces. If a lady is interested in play, she is asked to initiate the conversation and obtain consent for play.
- These are upscale environments, and your behavior should mirror that. Treat the location like you would any upscale environment. If you are disrespectful to this venue in any way, you will be removed from the event without refund.
- Events will have strict dress codes that must be followed. All dress code information is sent out prior to the event. If you are not properly dressed, you will not be permitted entry.
- Some tips that might make your evening more enjoyable.
- Approaching the male half of a couple first as a single man shows respect and allows the husbands/boyfriends to properly introduce you to their partner.
- Single men, ask couples about their boundaries. Knowing the do’s and don’ts before play will alleviate issues and is a good precursor to receiving enthusiastic consent.
- We implore you to watch your alcohol intake. If you are inebriated at any point, we will assume you are not able to properly obtain and provide consent. Therefore, you will be asked to leave without refund.
- Dress to impress! While we have a dress code, you are welcome to dress better than any of the requirements. Suits, cocktail dresses, ties, etc are all encouraged. Our dress codes are not asks, they are requirements. And those not properly attired will not be granted access.
